Burner Management

Combustion Control

As part of the CompuNOx comprehensive control and in combination with standard or customized Burner Management Benz Air Combustion Control delivers the most efficient and most reliable combustion control possible. VFDs provides accurate and repeatable Air/Fuel ratio. Turndown ratios of greater than 40:1 achieve highest possible flexibility. High efficiency is reflected in consistently low excess oxygen throughout the entire firing range.

Catalyst Control

An increasing number of Selective Catalytic Reduction systems call for accurate control of ammonia to achieve lowest possible NOx while eliminating ammonia slip. It is a necessary tool for establishing NOx credits while minimizing usage of ammonia. The repeatable control is integrated into the combustion control for monitoring and recording purposes.
